>nLjF< is a clan of passionate Battlefield gamers with members from England, The Netherlands, and The United States. Our clan is not about skill level, but about dedication, team work, fair play, and of course, have a laugh while enjoying their games.

One of our goals is to provide a fun, fair and hassle-free gaming environment for clan members and non-members alike. We want to promote a carefree environment to escape life's everyday drama and hassle without the BS that goes on other clan gaming servers.

  • Battlefield 3: Close Quarters

    Battlefield 3: Close Quarters is a themed expansion pack bringing the team play of Battlefield 3 to tight indoor environments. The frantic close quarters infantry combat is amplified by unprecedented high definition destruction, new ways to play, added persistence, and new weapons.

    The HD Destruction in Battlefield 3: Close Quarters lets players riddle the environment with bullets, reducing entire locales to ruin. Everything from furniture to plaster can be shot to pieces, and players can see the result of the mayhem as rubble and broken pieces pile up on the floor. The tight level design and many opportunities for vertical gameplay create a highly competitive environment.

BATTLEFIELD 3: NEW DLC

  • Battlefield 3: Close Quarters

    In Battlefield 3: Close Quarters, players are dropped into a frantic, infantry-only theatre of war. Frostbite 2 high definition destruction makes the environment come alive as everything from furniture to plaster gets shot to pieces. Players will feel the intensity of the world exploding around them as rubble and broken pieces pile up on the floor, while tight level design and vertical gameplay create a highly competitive environment.

    Battlefield 3: Close Quarters also introduces new weapons, assignments and unique dog tags to bring back to the base game.

  • Battlefield 3: Armored Kill

    Following the tight infantry gameplay of Battlefield 3: Close Quarters, DICE will release Battlefield 3: Armored Kill that ups the ante for vehicular mayhem as only Battlefield can do.

    Featuring new driveable tanks, ATVs, mobile artillery and more, Battlefield 3: Armored Kill also delivers huge battlefields for an all-out vehicle assault, including the biggest map in Battlefield history.

  • Battlefield 3: End Game

    The fourth expansion pack will ship in the winter but details remain tightly guarded.

Battlefield 3 Performance Analysis

With Battlefield 3 rapidly eating into our weekends, evenings, lunchtimes and any other period of time which we can justify dropping in for a few rounds, we were interested to see just how demanding it is on our PCs. After all, developer DICE has in the past stated that to run the game at its ultra settings would require a multi-GPU SLI or CrossFire setup. Is it really that demanding? Having waited a while for the launch patches and both Nvidia and AMD to release BF3-ready, WHQL-certified drivers, we grabbed our trusty graphics test rigs and 16 of the most popular DirectX 11 graphics cards and set about finding out just how much BF3 demands from our PCs.

ULTIMATE BF 3 SIMULATOR

  • Ultimate Battlefield 3 Simulator - Build and Test

    The aim of this build was to create The "Ultimate Battlefield 3 Simulator". The Gadget Show decided to see what it could do to make the experience a little more visceral. With the help of a $650,000 budget, this is what it came up with: a 360-degree dome screen powered by five hi-def video projectors, an omnidirectional treadmill to allow for walking any distance in any direction, infrared motion tracking, a pile of LEDs and a Kinect setup to tie everything together.

    And paintball guns. 12 of them, to be precise, aimed "in the general direction of the player" and set to go off when the player is shot at. That's right, when you're getting shot at, you're getting shot at. It's not hot lead flying around the room but believe me, getting tagged by these things from just a few feet away stops being fun in a hell of a hurry.

    Which is why it's so awesome! To watch, then tell me you don’t want one of these at home.
